MSENE — Master of Science in Environmental Engineering

MCM — Master of Construction Management

Admission Requirements

• A bachelor degree from an accredited American college or university, or from a foreign institution of acceptable standing
• A minimum grade point average of 3.0
• GRE scores
  • Applicants to all Master programs (minimum quantitative score of 650)
  • Applicants to Master of Construction Management may also substitute GMAT scores for GRE scores (minimum GMAT score of 650)
• A minimum of two (2) letters of recommendation is required for Master programs
• A statement of purpose
• Additional requirements vary by degree program.

Master of Science Program Requirements 

• MS in Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering
• 27 units of course work
• MS with 30 or 33 units may require four semesters
• The last four units must be completed at USC
• Four units transferred from another engineering school can be approved for credit by the Department
• Two thirds of the units must be taken at the 500-level or above
